Media-heavy projects create a lot of repetitive work: naming files, checking metadata, tracking status and keeping source material connected to the final output. The challenge was to make that process reliable without making it feel bureaucratic.

I designed a focused factory-style workflow around intake, review, processing and delivery. Batch actions handle repeatable tasks while clear asset previews, metadata and queue states keep a person in control of quality.

The workbench makes complex media production easier to audit and hand over, with a visible path from raw source to approved asset.
